Parfois remplir des formulaires administratifs peut devenir un lourd fardeau, nos bénévoles sont là pour vous aider avec cette tâche.
This service is in the spirit of home support and allows customers to get help from a volunteer or an employee to fill out all kinds of forms, except tax returns.
PROCEDURES
All requests must be sent to the CAB Les Artisans de l'Aide office in order to determine eligibility for the service, according to the following criteria:
- Âgée de plus de 65 ans, en perte d’autonomie, malade ou handicapée.
- Anyone assessed and referred by a worker from the health and social services network and who meets the eligibility criteria.
- For residents of the Deux-Montagnes MRC and south of Mirabel.
- Requests must reach us within a reasonable time in order to designate a volunteer who will accompany the person to complete the various forms or requests from the government.
- This service is free.
