Souvent, les proches aidants ne se reconnaissent pas comme tel. La plupart sont h\u00e9sitants \u00e0 demander de l\u2019aide ou ne savent tout simplement pas qu\u2019ils peuvent en recevoir. Pourtant, le r\u00f4le de proche aidant am\u00e8ne plusieurs d\u00e9fis et de nombreuses t\u00e2ches. Il est donc l\u00e9gitime d\u2019avoir des besoins et de demander de l\u2019aide.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

With the aim of preventing burnout and maintaining your quality of life as much as possible, we offer you a warm welcome, listening, support, guidance, information and referrals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our services are intended for caregivers of seniors in our territory (see the bottom of the page).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We understand by caregiver of the elder: any person who provides significant support, continuous or occasional, on a non-professional basis, to a person aged 65 and over with a loss of autonomy related to aging (mobility problems, neurocognitive disorders , Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
